Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
Include all original accessories and components

CloudTail LLC reserves the right to refuse returns for items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in resalable condition.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the returned item meets the eligibility requirements, customers may choose one of the following:

Exchange for the same item
Exchange for a different item (price differences may apply)
Full refund to the original payment method
Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

Order Number
Description of the issue
Photos showing the damage or defect

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used unless they are defective.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, CloudTail LLC will cover return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks and may request supporting documentation to verify claims.
